About MBI
VISION
The vision of Maranatha Bible Institute was birthed out of the ministry of Maranatha Fellowship Church. Under the direction of Dr. James Wright, MBI is designed to equip ministers and leaders for an effectual and balanced approach to minister in the twenty-first century.
MISSION STATEMENT
Maranatha Bible Institute will raise up men and women rooted and grounded in the Word of God—led by the Holy Spirit—to reach the lost and equip believers with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. MBI students will be encouraged to reach their fullest potential, by functioning in their calling, gifting, and training.
PURPOSE
The purpose of Maranatha Bible Institute is to:
- Provide a place where men and women, who have dedicated themselves to the study of the Word of God in preparation for the ministry, can receive a well-balanced education with the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
- Train men and women of God in the principles of the Bible and the Christian faith.
- Teach men and women of God—from the Word of God—how to worship and do the work of the ministry.
- Prepare and encourage through practical ministry opportunities men and women to fulfill God’s Word, to go into all the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
