New Students
Applicants must provide all documentation and pay appropriate fees before being considered for admission.
All applicants must have the following on file in order to be considered for admission:
- A completed Application Form which includes a recent photograph, a non-refundable $25.00 clerical fee, and the applicant’s personal testimony.
- An official high school transcript or official copy of GED transcript (mailed directly from the school to MBI) for consideration of acceptance without restriction, or a copy of the high school diploma with a signed Academic Disclosure Form for consideration of acceptance on academic provision.
- A personal reference including name, address and phone number (the reference should not be a family member or the applicant’s Pastor).
- A Pastoral recommendation from the applicant’s present Pastor who is not a family member.
